Patient came in with periodontal disease, severe wear & fractured upper teeth from clenching. He wanted his teeth to be "uniform", look good and be able to eat whatever he wanted. He requested a fixed restoration as he did not want to have to take his teeth out. Implants & a bridge were placed on the upper arch.

Patient came in unhappy with appearance of upper & lower teeth. He has amelogenesis imperfecta, a genetic condition that causes tooth enamel to form improperly, causing them to be discolored, weak, pitted, and prone to breakage. Full mouth crowns were placed to strengthen the teeth, improve cosmetics & establish function with correct bite.

Patient was unhappy with staining & gum recession around old bonding. Crowns were placed on upper teeth to improve esthetics.

Patient was unhappy with open bite, shape & discoloration of teeth after orthodontic treatment. Crowns were placed on all of the upper teeth to close the bite by lengthening the teeth. Shape & shade were changed to improve esthetics.
